Our machine

Akyapak ABM 50 CNC3

Every bend we make comes off one machine, built for accuracy and repeatability.

Precision tube bending, built around CNC technology

We chose the Akyapak ABM 50 CNC3 because the quality of a bent part depends on the machine behind it.

It is a sequential, automatic CNC mandrel tube bender. Servo drives control every move, and it bends round and square tube into simple and complex shapes in steel and aluminium.

What it means for your parts

The same part, every time

Servo motors drive the bending, turning, feeding and shifting, so every move is accurate and the hundredth part matches the first.

Smooth, clean bends

We bend with or without a mandrel. The mandrel supports the tube from the inside, and automatic lubrication keeps the finish consistent.

Complex shapes in one setup

Multi-plane and multi-radius parts are programmed and bent in one process, so you get fewer joins and less assembly.

Checked before we bend

Every part is previewed in 3D before it is bent, so problems are caught on screen, not in your material.

Less waste

The machine calculates the tube length each part needs, so we cut what is required and waste less material.

Tooling to suit the job

The machine runs three dies, so we can bend different tube sizes and bend radius options for different jobs.

Built for uptime

Hydraulic auxiliary axes add performance and reliability, which means less downtime and steadier turnaround on your job.
